Common challenges in plumbing pressure testing
Multiple gauges for different jobs: different pressure ranges can mean carrying and selecting between several analogue gauges.
Clear readings matter: analogue dials can make smaller pressure changes harder to identify during testing and fault finding.
Testing should be simple: everyday pressure checks need a practical gauge that’s quick to set up, easy to read and straightforward to operate.
The solution
Simple, practical digital pressure testing.
Designed for everyday plumbing pressure checks, the −1 to 16 bar digital gauge combines straightforward two-button operation with a clear digital display and direct hose connection.
Compact and easy to carry between jobs, it provides the measurement coverage plumbers need for common pressure testing applications: without the complexity of a more advanced diagnostic gauge.
German-made, IP65 rated and supplied in a protective case, it’s a practical digital solution for everyday plumbing work.

The plumbing pack
DM80 ML + carry case · −1 to 16 bar
The low-tier gauge in its protective carry case: the only case variation in the range, built for this trade. Gauge + hose compatibility with no adaptor. Note: this tier does not carry a calibration certificate.
Also in the range
DM80 ML: gauge only
Just the gauge: −1 to 16 bar, two buttons, G1/4 direct connection.
DM80 ML service kit
Adds hose, direct adaptor, test couplings, thread adaptors and case.
Applications
Every water job in one tool
Mains & supply pressure
Check static water pressure at meters, taps and supply points with a clear digital reading.
Hot water systems
Check inlet and system pressure during testing, servicing and fault finding.
Pressure-drop & leak checks
Monitor pressure changes over time to help identify pressure loss and potential leaks.
Pump & tank systems
Monitor pump pressure during setup, testing and adjustment, with measurement down to −1 bar where required.
Options at a glance
Low · Mid · High: with or without the kit
Specifications from Leitenberger datasheets rev. 08/2026. Welded stainless-steel measuring cell (no gasket in the pressure path) and made in Germany: all tiers. 100 million pressure cycles minimum (DM80 ML and M).

Plumbing
How many pressure gauges do you actually need?
One. −1 to 16 bar covers plumbing work end to end: vacuum tests included: so the several dials in the van become one digital tool.
Digital vs analogue for water pressure
A dial asks you to interpolate between marks; a digital readout gives the exact number: and holds it, so you can note it after packing up.
Will it fit my hose?
G1/4 B (EN 837) thread, connecting direct with no adaptor. Hose requirements for plumbing fittings are being confirmed: ask and we’ll check yours.
Why is there no calibration certificate on this gauge?
The low tier is built for trade simplicity, not compliance paperwork: certificates ship on the mid and high tiers, which plumbing work doesn’t require.
Quick question before you buy?
We’ll confirm hose fit and anything else: no forms longer than the job needs.
