The problem: fragmented, inaccurate pressure testing
01
Analogue gauges drift: readings you can’t trust, faults you can’t prove. Low-pressure gauges need separate overpressure protection devices: digital protection is built in.
02
Readings misinterpreted: operators work on assumptions instead of data.
03
Too many parts: gauge + hose + adaptor: time wasted assembling, more leak points, a second supplier trip.
04
The cost: system inefficiency, component damage, unplanned downtime.
Why switch
One gauge replaces multiple analogue gauges
Today it’s multiple gauges for multiple ranges: more to carry, more room for error. One digital gauge covers the spectrum: simpler testing, faster diagnostics, less equipment, better visibility of pressure changes in real time.
Accuracy that doesn’t drift
Analogue gauge accuracy drifts over time and can’t be corrected on the tool. A digital gauge re-zeroes at the press of a button, backed by a calibration certificate and serial-number traceability on mid and high tiers.
Safer under overpressure
Overpressure situations are handled by the instrument itself: no burst glass, no bent pointer, no risk to the person holding it.
Catches pressure spikes
Many faults reveal themselves as momentary pressure spikes an analogue needle never registers. MIN/MAX capture records them, so the fault is found the first time.
One tool does it all
A high-accuracy digital gauge reads low and high pressure applications on one instrument: often with a tighter tolerance than smaller-range analogue gauges.
German engineering
Manufactured in Germany with European components, for demanding industrial environments. High build quality, reliable, long-term performance.
Built for real use
Designed for the job, not the spec sheet. Protective caps in five colours: identify the range at a glance on site, or colour-code your fleet.
Better value
Fittings and certification are in the price, not on top of it. The quoted price is the real price.
Flexible solution
Digital gauge, gauge + hose, or complete testing kit: select the configuration that best suits your pressure testing requirements.

What the trades say
In service vans, plant rooms and workshops
“We replaced three analogue gauges in every service van with one digital kit. Setup is faster and the certificate goes straight into the customer report.”
Hose & service franchise
“The logged CSV goes straight into the compliance file. When the auditor asks how we know the system held pressure, we hand them the data.”
Building fire technician
“One gauge in the van covers everything from mains pressure to pump tests. The carry case means it’s still accurate after twelve months on the road.”

FAQ
Questions, answered
Which tier and range do I need?
Plumbing: the low tier at 16 bar. Most hydraulic and maintenance work: the mid tier, 0–400 or 0–700 bar. Hydraulic service and OEM validation: the UMS with USB logging. Your industry page has the specific fit.
Is a calibration certificate included?
Yes on the mid (DM80 M) and high (DM80 M UMS) tiers: with serial-number traceability, at no extra cost. The low tier (DM80 ML) does not carry one.
Will it fit my existing hose and test points?
The gauge connects direct to the hose: no adaptor needed: on an EN 837 thread (G1/4 on the low tier, mid and high), and the kit carries test couplings and reduction adaptors for the common port sizes. Send us your spec to confirm.
Gauge only, or the full kit?
Your choice: gauge only, gauge + hose, or the full service kit with hose, adaptors, couplings and foam-inlay case. The configuration follows the trade, not the catalogue.
How accurate is it?
0.25% BFSL on every live SKU: with a digital readout there’s no needle parallax and no interpolation between dial marks.
Delivery and trade quantities?
In-stock items ship same day: free shipping on single gauges for your first order (service kits ship by freight with a 10% discount). For private-label programs from 25 units or reseller terms, use the reseller form and we’ll phone you.
