Not yet. Our online store is coming soon. Until then, browse the range, send us the product or application, and we quote and take the order directly by email or phone.
How quickly do you reply?+
Within one business day for quotes and technical questions. If a specification needs checking with the manufacturer in Europe, we tell you when to expect the answer.
Do you help choose the right instrument?+
Yes. Every enquiry is handled by our in-house engineering team. Tell us the medium, range, connection and environment and we recommend an instrument that fits, rather than the closest catalogue item.
Which brands do you represent in Australia and New Zealand?+
German and UK manufacturers of pressure, temperature, level, flow and monitoring instrumentation. Several relationships go back more than 25 years. The current list is on the home page.
Do you supply OEMs and machine builders?+
Yes. We support repeat supply programs, custom dials and private branding, and provide the documentation production builds need. Minimum quantities depend on the product; ask us.
Can you customise an instrument?+
Often, yes: dial faces, ranges, connections, cable lengths and branding. Customisation is specified and handled in-house, so send the drawing or requirement and we will confirm what is possible.
Are calibration certificates available?+
Available on many instruments, included as standard on some (for example the DM80 M and DM80 M UMS digital gauges). Tell us if you need certification and we quote accordingly.
Do you ship to New Zealand?+
Yes. We supply both Australia and New Zealand from Stapylton, Queensland. Freight is quoted with the order.
Where can I find datasheets?+
On each product category page, or ask us and we will send the relevant manufacturer datasheet with the quote.
Can I visit or collect?+
By arrangement. Call ahead and we will have the order ready at Unit 8 / 22 Eastern Service Road, Stapylton QLD 4207.
